All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the limited nature of our drops and to protect against fraud, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed, except in cases of verified damage or fulfillment error on our end.
Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Unknown Conscious is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address at checkout.

We do not issue refunds for packages that show Delivered in tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Fraud & Chargebacks

Any claims of fraud or non-receipt will be fully investigated using tracking data, carrier confirmation, and order records.

Fraudulent claims may result in order denial, account blocking, and dispute escalation.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be disputed with all supporting evidence.
