Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Unknown Conscious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows Delivered.

  • We do not issue refunds for packages marked Delivered by the carrier.

  • If a package is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
